‘Art’ of the matter: The Indian International School – DSO student wins first place in Youth Fest competition
"In art, what we want is the certainty that one spark of original genius shall never be extinguished," said American painter Mary Cassatt. And we can truly spot that genius in our Grade 10 student Sujithapriya Shenthilkumar, who made a lasting impression with her stunning artwork at a recently held local competition.
It was a thrilling and triumphant day indeed for Sujithapriya, who did The Indian International School, DSO family proud by bagging the first prize in the Senior Category of the Pencil Drawing/Drawing and Painting competition held at Santhwanam Youth Fest 2023.
We heartily congratulate Sujithapriya on this spectacular artistic achievement and wish her all the best for future endeavours - may her brilliant creations continue to make waves.
