Age Criteria (Academic Year 2027-2028)

As per guidelines from the regulatory authorities:

  • Children seeking admission to Pre-KG must be three years old as of 31st March of that academic year.
  • Children seeking admission to KG 1 must be four years old as of 31st March of that academic year.
  • Children seeking admission to KG 2 must be five years old as of 31st March of that academic year.
  • Children seeking admission to Grade 1 must be six years old as of 31st March of that academic year.
  • Below age criteria is applicable for the academic year 2027-28.

Pre-KG

  • Children seeking admission to Pre-KG must be three years old as of 31st March of that academic year.
  • Assessment – an assessment session to ascertain child’s ability in independent speech and physical development to attend a pre-school.

KG 1

  • Children seeking admission to KG 1 must be four years old as of 31st March of that academic year.
  • Assessment – an assessment session to ascertain child’s ability in independent speech and physical development to attend a pre-school.

KG 2 to Grade 9

  • Admissions from KG 2 to Grade 9 are granted based on the performance in the Eligibility Test and panel interview.
  • merit list of the successful students will be prepared in rank order and the parents of successful students will be informed as per the vacancies in each grade.

Grade 10

  • Admission to Grade 10 is subject to approval from CBSE and based on the performance in the Eligibility Test and panel interview.
  • Only students who hold a valid CBSE registration in Grade 9 will be considered.

Grade 11

  • Admission to Grade 11 is granted based on an Eligibility Test. Seats will be allotted in merit order of performance in the Eligibility Test.
  • Students must score a passing grade in all subjects in the Grade 10 CBSE Board Examination.

Grade 12

  • Admission to Grade 12 is subject to approval from CBSE and will be offered only as per the subject combinations available in school.
  • The student should have studied the same subjects in Grade 11 and hold a valid CBSE registration in Grade 11 to be considered.
  • Selection is based on scores in the Eligibility Testand panel interview with a panel of academic experts.
