Bhav Kartik Jindal, Shubham Chandan Pisat & Sai Saanidhyaa Aravapalli from The Indian International School, DSO secured the first position in the Mega Virtual Inter-School Competition, Credence Convergence 2022 - for the most ingenious ‘Geometrical City’ created. The winning team included three brilliant minds - Bhav Kartik Jindal of Grade 4, Shubham Chandan Pisat of Grade 5 and Sai Saannidhyaa Aravapalli of Grade 5.

The geometrical city created by the young, ingenious team won the title for its sheer creativity and sustainability quotient. The aim of the competition was to demonstrate an understanding of Geometrical shapes and terms. Students created a blueprint of the city that included distinct kinds of lines, angles, and triangles. Subsequently, they created a 3D digital model of the city as per the blueprint. The city included shafts that cut down energy consumption by almost half and a stacked block design that created multiple horizontal surfaces. These were converted into green spaces, such as roof gardens and landscaped terraces – increasing the green space of the land area.

May Bhav Kartik, Shubham and Sai Saannidhyaa inspire to build a generation of mindful achievers who are conscious of the present problems in our world and will create a more liveable and sustainable future, with their ingenuity and brilliance. All the best!!!
